I have a traditional medicine background as a nurse. I became interested in the holistic approach to health and wellness in the 1990's and have expanded my knowledge base to include massage, reflexology, Healing Touch, guided imagery and clinical aromatherapy. I am also a certified holistic nurse.

My passion is to partner with individuals to create the environment and circumstances to support health and wellness on the mind-body-spirit level.
